A washer and nut are added, and torque is applied to the nut. Uses Drop-in anchors are used to install threaded rods or studs in concrete ceilings or slabs. They can be used to hang cable trays. Advantages Drop-in anchors are easy to install, requiring only a drill, blow out, hammer, and setting tool. They allow for small drill holes and low anchorage depth.
